This page focuses on the Product Management aspects of the Cuica period.

Defined the MRD and PRD for the company's first product / service.
Worked with team members to name and position the company.
Developed the company's business plan and presentation, used to raise funds. Targeted an $8 Billion market in 2000, which is still over $6 Billion in 2001.
Developed the presentations for the key business deals w/ Inktomi, RealMedia, BlueLight and others.

Vision

Position the company as a complement to existing Online Ad sales methods - to help both portals and Ad Networks (i.e. DoubleClick).

Designed new Ad buying and selling paradigm which allowed the new approach to complement existing ad networks.
 

Experience

25 Advertisers and 20 Websites - 10,000 ad deals on the network.

'Competitors' joined the network and used the technology - RealMedia, Inktomi, Everyone.net.

Raised money from leaders in the industry: CEO's of AdForce and AdAuction, VP's of Inktomi and AOL.
