Defined the MRD and PRD for the
company's first product / service.
Worked with team members to name and position the company.
Developed the company's
business plan and presentation,
used to raise funds. Targeted an $8 Billion market in 2000, which is still
over $6 Billion in 2001.
Developed the presentations for the key business deals w/ Inktomi,
RealMedia, BlueLight and others.

sales methods - to help both portals and Ad Networks (i.e. DoubleClick). |

Designed new Ad buying and selling paradigm which allowed
the new approach to complement existing ad networks.
