PM Deliverables to Engineering:
MRD / PRD / Business Case
MRD - Marketing Requirements - Background, Product Position, Target Audience, Competitive Landscape, Potential Customers, Functional Requirements, Schedule Requirements, Reference other MRD's or Products which are dependent on this one or vice-versa.
PRD - Product Requirements - Screen Mockups, Report Templates, What the user sees and gets.
Business Case - Justification - Revenues, Costs, ROI, Market Share.
Engineering Deliverables to PM:
Functional Spec, Design & Schedule for Alpha, Beta and GA:
Func Spec: Response to MRD, what Engr. Can deliver, when and how. Detailed document w/ responses to the MRD and/or PRD.
                  PM and Engr. Need to agree on Func Spec meeting the MRD/PRD and the Business case requirements.
Design: Engr. Develops Design to meet Func Spec.  PM does not approve, this is included in the PM schedule since it is a deliverable for the ARB meeting.
                  PM expects that the Func Spec will be updated after the Design, so detailed documents (Fact Sheets, Sales Pres, etc.) will be done after the Design Doc.
Schedule: Engr. Provides the schedule with the Design. PM needs to approve the schedule since it impacts the Business case.
PM Deliverables to QA:
MRD, PRD, Functional Spec, Design Docs, Fact Sheet
PM Deliverables to Sales:
Fact Sheet for Sales - 1 of 2 - delivered after Func Spec & Design are delivered by Engr.
General Positioning, Target Audience, Benefits, Competitive Analysis, Unique Selling points,
            What are the most important customer issues we are addressing ?
            Availability, Packaging, Planned Features for the NEXT release, Changes or New Features, Known Problems & Issues,
           Technical Requirements, Version #, Reference to additional information, 
Sales Presentation - 2 of 2 - delivered before Beta release:
Present Fact Sheet + Big Picture + Demo Mockup + Case Examples
PM Deliverables to Marketing:
Fact Sheet for Sales & Sales Presentation
Same as delivered to Sales, these are the starting points for Marketing's more polished Data Sheets and Final Sales Presentation
Functional Spec, MRD for some of the sections, contact info for testimonial
Product Release Plan (work w/ Marketing to get Launch Plan)
Scope, Schedule (PR & Launch), Distribution of Product (logistics).
